UseAsetrix is an AI-powered portfolio tracking and analytics platform designed to help users monitor, manage, and understand their investment portfolios. The Platform provides:

• Portfolio tracking and performance analytics
• AI-powered portfolio insights and analysis
• Market data and price information
• Investment alerts and notifications
• Broker statement import and parsing
• Portfolio sharing and reporting tools

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using UseAsetrix, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Use of the Platform for any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Not share your account with any third party
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all portfolio data you input into the Platform. We do not sell your personal or financial data to third parties.

Market data, stock prices, and portfolio valuations provided on the Platform are for informational purposes only. Prices may be delayed and are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or current.

UseAsetrix makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any market data or AI-generated analysis. You should independently verify all information before making investment decisions.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without written consent
• Impersonate any person or entity

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UseAsetrix and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

UseAsetrix offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
• Founding Member pricing is locked for the lifetime of the subscription

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, USEASETRIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, except where prohibited by law.
